Before contacting support

  • Restart the miner once and re-check the symptom - many transient issues resolve themselves.
  • Capture the exact error code shown in the web interface or LED pattern.
  • Note the firmware version, pool URL, and the time the symptom started.
  • Check power input voltage, Ethernet link, and ambient temperature first - these cause most reported issues.

Choose the right support path

This site cannot access orders, hosting accounts, warranties, serial-number records, or repair tickets. Use ICERIVER support for those requests.

  • Record the exact model, serial number, firmware version, error code or LED pattern, pool status, and ambient temperature.
  • Use the local setup and troubleshooting guides for network, pool, firmware, and file details questions.
  • Power down immediately if you notice a burnt smell, damaged cabling, arcing, or unstable input power.
